If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry to hear that you are. Please get in touch by emailing and we will give you instructions on how to return your order. 

Returns must come back in its original unused condition and unworn, with labels intact and order number within 14 days of receipt. Once the order has been received, a full refund with be issued (excluding the original delivery charge) or if you prefer we are happy to exchange the item.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked24/48, this guarantees a quick and secure delivery service. You can purchase this service on the Royal Mail website, and you can either print the label yourself or Royal Mail with bring the label for you when collecting the item from your home or work place.

We do not recommend using any un-tracked delivery services. 

Refunds or exchanges can only be made once we have received the returned item.

All items are checked before selling and shipping for any faults, we make sure the item is in perfect condition before you receive it.
